David Mundy, an Australian rules football player with the Fremantle Football Club in the Australian Football League, was born on July 20, 1985. (AFL).

He started his football career at Murray Bushrangers in the TAC Cup, where he currently plays as a half back flanker or midfielder. During the 2016 AFL season, he led Fremantle as their captain. Despite the selection of Nat Fyfe as his replacement, he is still regarded as the club’s spiritual captain.

Fremantle selected Mundy with the 19th overall pick in the 2003 AFL Draft. The Western Bulldogs sent this selection to Fremantle in exchange for Steven Koops.

He was assigned to the Subiaco Football Club in the West Australian Football League after relocating to Western Australia in 2004. (WAFL).
